1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Webtily Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not participate in the program.

2. Definitions

• “Affiliate” refers to you, the participant in the Program.
• “Webtily” refers to Webtily.com and its affiliates.
• “Customer” refers to a user who purchases Webtily’s services through your affiliate link.
• “Commission” refers to the recurring referral fee payable to you under the Program.
• “Referral Link” refers to the unique affiliate link provided to you by Webtily.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the Program. Webtily reserves the right to refuse or terminate any affiliate’s participation at its sole discretion.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

By participating in the Program, you agree to:

4.1. Promote Webtily’s services in a professional and ethical manner.

4.2. Use only approved promotional materials provided by Webtily.

4.3. Ensure your promotional activities do not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4.4. Avoid any deceptive or misleading advertising or marketing practices.

4.5. Do Not engage in spamming or unsolicited communications in connection with the Program.

5. Commission Payments

5.1. You will receive a one-time commission of 50% on the subscription fees paid by customers referred through your Referral Link.

5.2. Commissions are calculated and paid on a monthly basis each 15th of the month after they have passed 30 days maturation period.

5.3. Payments will be made through the payment method specified in your affiliate account.

5.4. Webtily reserves the right to adjust or withhold commissions for any reason, including but not limited to fraudulent referrals or violations of these Terms.

6. Termination

Webtily reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Webtily.

7. Changes to the Program or Terms

Webtily may change or modify the Program or these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via email or by posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you continue to participate in the Program after such changes, it will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all information provided by Webtily, including commission rates and customer information, confidential.

9. Limitation of Liability

Webtily will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the Program.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.
